Job description
1. Carry out partial and exchange service on SG brand watches, in accordance with specific brand guidelines and standards.
2. Organise and manage allocated work to ensure they are completed within the required department Service Level Agreements (SLA).
3. To maintain clear communication between yourself, your supervisor and the technical administration team of any potential issues or delays in the workflow.
4. Be prepared to undertake brand specific training and development opportunities in order to increase knowledge and experience.
