In the HR Advisor role, you will be:
1. Managing Employee Relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and investigations
2. Providing HR advice and guidance to managers across the organisation
3. Supporting complex and sensitive employee matters
4. Advising on HR policies and employment legislation
To be successful, you will need:
5. Previous HR Advisor experience
6. Strong Employee Relations knowledge, including complex case management
7. The ability to pick up and manage cases with minimal guidance
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills
This is a temporary vacancy initially for 2 months, working full time hours, Monday to Friday. You'll be office-based in the County of Conwy, on an hourly rate IRO £20 per hour.
