Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team in Salford. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £25,000 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities for this Customer Liaison Officer will include:
Liaise with tenants, residents, leaseholders, Contract Managers, Site Managers and Site Supervisors ensuring first class delivery of contracts
Undertake customer satisfaction surveys
Arrange, attend and administer tenant, resident, leaseholder and public meetings, site meetings and appropriate liaison panels and groups
Inform and update customers on progress of all works
Identify customer vulnerability and any special needs that need to be addresses beforehand
Carry out social surveys, pre-entry surveys and customer priority surveys prior to the commencement of projects
Update, monitor and maintain IT systems
What we are looking for in our ideal Customer Liaison Officer:
GCSEs/ equivalent in Maths & English. Customer services experience within a social housing environment is desirable.
