Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and personable Showroom Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of ANNINA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy fashion environment, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys balancing customer communication with behind-the-scenes support.
You will play a key role in customer service and administrative support, while working alongside the Operations Manager. You endeavour to build strong relationships with clients and external partners.
Administration & Sales Support
* Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, confident tone across all email and Whatsapp communications
* Apply sales knowledge to support customer enquiries and drive positive outcomes
* Act as a brand ambassador in all interactions with customers and partners
* Assist with fit sessions, accurately recording comments and action points
* Follow up on fit notes and communicate relevant updates with internal teams and suppliers
* Provide strong administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the brand
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and spreadsheets using Excel
* Support production tracking, timelines, and workflow coordination
* Manage Shopify tasks including uploading products and maintaining accurate product information and stock levels
* Apply a basic understanding of Shopify settings to support online operations
Skills and Experience
* Strong customer service capability
* Sales knowledge and confidence engaging with customers
* Knowledge of fabrics and garment construction
* Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Canva, Xero
* Working knowledge of Shopify, including product uploads and basic settings

Freelance contract. Hours between Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm.
