Key responsibilities Document Control: Manage internal and external documentation, ensuring all parties work to the latest revisions. Shipping Coordination: Arranging shipping and documentation of Balltec equipment within the UK and import and export globally. Client & Supplier Onboarding: Support onboarding processes, including risk screening, compliance checks, and collection of required documentation. Inbox Management: Monitor multiple email inboxes and respond promptly to correspondence. Process Improvement: Collaborate with different departments and teams to implement new processes and procedures. Travel & Visa Support: Assist with visa applications and travel arrangements for offshore and business trips. General duties Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, direct queries appropriately, and welcome visitors in a professional manner. General Administration: Provide ad-hoc administrative and office support as required, including filing, photocopying, and data entry. Office Presentation: Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment, including communal areas and meeting rooms. Education & Experience GCSEs (grades AC / 9-4) or equivalent, including English and Maths. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Right to work in the UK - Balltec are unable to sponser visas. Full UK driving license (desirable) Experience in an engineering or production environment. (desirable) Required skills High attention to detail and accuracy.
