At Pertemps Wolverhampton we have a fantastic client, well-established manufacturer serving the aerospace and automotive sectors, is currently seeking skilled Press Operators to join their production team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment where quality and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate press machines on the manufacturing line to produce fasteners and related components.
2. Follow production schedules and ensure output targets are met.
3. Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform basic troubleshooting.
4. Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and health & safety regulations.
5. Support general manufacturing duties as required.
Requirements:
6. Proven experience operating press machines in a manufacturing environment is essential.
7. Previous work in aerospace or automotive production is highly desirable.
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
9. Good understanding of health and safety protocols.
10. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
