Our client is a leading pure-play private bank delivering bespoke wealth management solutions to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients across Europe. As part of their continued growth strategy, they are expanding their coverage of the Polish market and are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Private Banker to drive business development and client acquisition.
As a Private Banker covering the Polish market, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, entrepreneurs, and family offices.
Responsibilities
Develop a strategic business development plan focused on the Polish market and manage client relationship
Identify, prospect, and acquire new HNW/UHNW clients
Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
Deliver tailored investment, lending, and wealth structuring solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to clients across asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management
Stay on top of market moves, news and events and have an understanding on how those impact client accounts
Profile
Proven track record in private banking with demonstrable success in business development (minimum of five years)
Strong network within the Polish HNW/UHNW client segment
Experience covering Polish clients from an international financial centre preferred
Solid understanding of investment products, credit solutions, and wealth planning
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Fluent Polish and English required
Must reside in London or willing to relocate
