Description As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including: Leading the on‑site delivery of a complex, occupied high‑rise refurbishment programme. Managing projects from conception to completion, including design stages, technical coordination, construction oversight, and handover. Preparing and submitting Building Safety Act Gateway submissions to the Building Safety Regulator. Coordinating all technical compliance relating to high‑rise residential safety requirements.
