Job Title: Global Consumer and Market Insights Manager (Retail)
The Role
A client in the global retail and fashion industry is seeking an Insights Manager to join the team for 12 months. You will lead complex, multi-market research projects and support the development of consumer-centric strategies across the organisation. You will support strengthening insight capabilities and deliver high-impact narratives that inform strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver global ad hoc research projects from brief to debrief across multiple markets
* Manage internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely, high-quality outputs
* Interpret quantitative data tables and build clear, visually engaging PowerPoint summaries
* Support the CMI Lead with analysis, strategic reviews and key business presentations
* Develop research briefs aligned to business objectives and ensure accurate, consistent deliverables
* Respond to ad hoc data requests and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
* Collaborate with Customer Insights and Data Analytics teams to deliver integrated analysis
* Build strong relationships with agencies and identify new approaches and methodologies
Requirements
* 5 to 6 years' experience in a research agency, preferably mixed-method or quant-focused
* Strong quantitative capabilities including questionnaire design, sampling and reporting
* Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with complex data sets
* Ability to convert data into strategic insights and actionable narratives
* Skilled presenter with experience engaging senior stakeholders
* Comfortable managing agencies and suppliers across multiple markets
* High proficiency in PowerPoint with strong visual storytelling instincts
* Curious, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced global environment
