We’re now looking for an experienced Panel Technician to join our Derby site, delivering high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs in a professional, fast-paced workshop.

Key Responsibilities
14. Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
15. Repair, replace, and align panels to manufacturer specifications
16. Use approved repair methods, tools, and equipment
17. Complete work to productivity and quality targets
18. Follow all safety and compliance standards
19. Work collaboratively with MET and paint teams to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
20. Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
21. Skilled in panel repair and replacement techniques
22. MIG/MAG welding experience preferred
23. ATA accreditation (or equivalent) desirable
24. Strong attention to detail and quality standards
25. Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
