Daybell & Choo are seeking a part time Optometrist to join our leading independent Opticians in Sheffield. You will be responsible for providing the highest quality of eye care to the local community, assisted by our team you will have access to technologies, lens and frame designs which are at the forefront of the profession.
We can provide a multitude of development opportunities to gain the knowledge you require to provide expert, professional eye care services. You must have excellent communication skills, be well-presented, warm and welcoming with the ability to build a rapport with each of our patients.

About the Role
We’re looking for a part time Optometrist to join us in delivering outstanding patient care. Working 31.5 hours per week over 4 days.
You’ll be an integral part of our team here and will help us drive our service offering forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.
We’re also looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to get to the bottom of their visual needs.
Just as important to us is the way you interact with patients. Providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must.
Ultimately, you must be an ambassador for our brand and profession within the local community.
Educating others about the benefits of eye care is an ongoing challenge and one that we look forward to meeting head-on with you as a part of our team.

* Our test times are 40 minutes
* We have 3 consulting rooms
* Our testing equipment includes, Optomap, OCT, Myah, Topography and Visual Fields
* We are a team of 11
* The role requires you to work some Saturdays.
* Salary – £65,000 FTE (based on 38 hours)
