Inspector
We are currently recruiting for a 6 month fixed term, full time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £35,234 per year, rising to £39,050 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Supervisor, this role is responsible for inspecting works, diagnosing repairs, specifying required works, and ensuring contractors and colleague deliver excellent customer experience
To be successful in the role of Inspector you will have competence in carrying out a role of a similar nature, Educated to a minimum Level 4, HNC in construction, or equivalent experience and a valid site safety Health & Safety Certificate (CSCS, SMSTS, IOSH).
