Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundwork Gang to join a project in Trowbridge. The role will involve both front-end and back-end groundwork duties, so candidates must be competent across all aspects of groundwork operations.
Groundwork Gangs Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out all aspects of front-end and back-end groundworks
* Drainage, foundations, kerbing, and paving
* Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently
* Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines
* Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
Groundwork Gangs Requirements:
* Proven experience in both front-end and back-end groundworks
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* CPCS/NPORS (preferred, depending on role)
* Own tools and PPE
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a gang
