Role: Production Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and delivering products on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the production process for glazed partitioning systems and doors.
Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to ensure high performance and safety standards.
Monitor production schedules and workflows to meet client deadlines and budget requirements.
Collaborate closely with the in-house design team to ensure technical and aesthetic specifications are met.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
Liaise with regional contracting offices to align production output with customer demand.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in manufacturing, preferably in glazing, construction, or related sectors.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse workforce effectively.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of quality control standards and health and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in production management software and MS Office applications.
