£46,000 - £62,000 per annum | Full Time | Glasgow area | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

What you'll do

* Pride in supporting customers and your team through every shift
* Strong communication skills for challenging conversations
* Ability to monitor, manage, and improve store KPIs
