Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sous Chef in Maidstone, you’ll take a leading role in this fast-paced pub kitchen:
11. Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
12. Take charge of service in their absence, ensuring consistency and high standards
13. Contribute to seasonal menu creation using fresh, local produce
14. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
15. Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
16. Support stock control, ordering, and cost management
17. Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs
18. Work closely with front of house to deliver a seamless guest experience

19. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
