Overview
As the go-to Salesforce expert in a small, agile digital team, you'll be both system guardian and business enabler. Your work will directly drive operational excellence and unlock real value across the organisation. You'll partner with passionate colleagues, spot and fix issues before they become problems, and deliver smart, impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
* Own the day-to-day health and performance of Salesforce.
* Enhance functionality with custom Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, best-practice solutions.
* Proactively optimise processes, identifying improvements before they're requested.
* Keep pace with Salesforce releases, assess impact, and implement changes.
* Administer core tasks: user management, permissions, automation tools, reporting.
* Share knowledge through documentation, training, and cross-team support.
* Proven Salesforce admin skills; Apex development experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, Conga, DocuSign is an advantage.
* Confident in Salesforce features: Flow, Reports, Lightning, Validation Rules.
* Able to translate complex tech into clear business value.
* Strong grasp of release management and change control.
* A curious, continuous learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
* Experience in funding, marketing, retail, technology, or automotive sectors.
* Exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
