The Role
We're looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee/ Junior Account Executive. This is an entry-level role within commercial insurance broking, offering full training and a clear career pathway.
You'll work closely with experienced Account Executives to learn how to:
* Support client accounts across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, and professional services
* Handle policy administration including quotes, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
* Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Work towards Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications
About You
We're interested in hearing from candidates who are:
* Educated to GCSE/A-Level standard (including Maths & English)
* Confident communicators with excellent organisational skills
* Motivated, target-driven, and keen to learn
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is beneficial, but not essential
