Holistic Massage Therapists Oxfordshire £30,000 plus commission and gratuities £40,000 OTE
We are looking for Therapists who are passionate about holistic therapies, natural products and wellbeing for a private country club and hotel in Oxfordshire.
In addition to the Spa, the wellness offering will also include a 25-metre swimming pool, sunbeds and a bar, while the clubhouse will include a gym, workspace, kids' club and retail space with a hair salon.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests to the Spa ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed
2. Consult with guests to understand their needs and preferences for Spa treatments
3. Provide a wide range of treatments as set out by the Treatments Manager
4. Ensure Treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked and well prepared for guests
5. Uphold the Spa's standards for cleanliness and hygiene
6. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques
7. To attend meetings and training as requested by the Treatments Manager
8. Promote and sell Spa Products and Services to guests
9. Work collaboratively with the Spa Team and Managers to ensure a seamless guest experience
About you:
10. You must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience within the luxury Spa environment
11. Qualified to level 2 and level 3 beauty/Spa VTCT or NVQ
12. Or hold qualifications with CIBTAC or CIDESCO
13. Level 3 massage with additional qualifications in practises such as Thai massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology etc, Shiatsu, Cranial therapy, cupping
14. Excellent verbal and communications skills
15. A keen interest in Holistic therapies and wellness
16. Experienced in delivering exceptional levels of customer service
