Location: Basingstoke, Southeast England

Hybrid: Up to 2 Days WFH
A leading infrastructure consultancy is seeking an experienced GI Project Manager to join their Basingstoke office. You'll manage a range of ground investigation projects across sectors including rail, highways, nuclear, and energy, supporting delivery from award through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage ground investigation projects (£1M+) from start to finish
* Lead and mentor a small team of engineers and technicians
* Maintain project finances and client relationships
* Ensure HSE compliance and high-quality project delivery
* Support business development and prepare technical proposals
Requirements:
* Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Civil Engineering or similar
* 5-8+ years' relevant experience, with at least 1 year in project management
* Strong knowledge of GI techniques, standards, and reporting
* CSCS (Manager), SMSTS or similar, and full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Financial forecasting experience
* Professional body membership / working towards chartership
