Overview

The company is looking for a Contract Manager to join a transformative £3bn infrastructure project in Manchester, offering the chance to shape a significant Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all contractual obligations under NEC4 contracts
* Manage stakeholder relationships, including JV partners and subcontractors
* Ensure project compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements
* Provide strategic advice on contract management and risk mitigation
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations
Requirements:
* Experience: Extensive experience managing PPP/NEC4 contracts in major infrastructure projects
* Qualifications: Degree in Law, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, with membership in a recognized professional body (RICS, MCIArb, or equivalent)
* Skills: Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk assessment capabilities
* Profile: Proven ability to lead in high-pressure environments with complex stakeholder structures
