About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Entry-level Marketing Project Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, marketing strategy, and cross-functional teamwork within a fast-paced marketing environment. You will work closely with project managers, marketers, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the coordination of marketing projects from concept through to execution
* Assist with managing timelines, schedules, and task trackers for campaigns
* Help prepare briefs, presentations, and internal project documentation
* Liaise with creative, sales, and client-facing teams to support smooth delivery
* Track project progress and flag potential risks or delays
* Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and data organisation
* Conduct market and competitor research to support project planning
* Maintain project files, asset libraries, and administrative records

* Strong interest in marketing, project coordination, and campaign management
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Confident written and verbal communication abilities
* Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
* Basic knowledge of project management or marketing tools is an advantage, but not essential
* No previous experience required, full training provided
