Key Responsibilities
4. Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents
5. Leading a team of healthcare assistants to ensure high standards of care are delivered
6. Administering medication, as prescribed, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
7. Maintaining individual care plans
8. Undertaking all aspects of personal care
9. Liaising with healthcare professionals
10. Maintaining accurate documentation
We are looking for staff who have the following skills and experience:
11. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
12. At least 12 months experience, working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in care homes within the UK
13. Confident administering medication
14. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to pay for a DBS)
15. Excellent communication skills
16. A genuine passion for providing high-quality person-centred care
17. A full UK driving licence would be advantageous
