JOB TITLE: Field Sales
LOCATION: Dudley
SALARY: GBP30,000 Basic (GBP60,000 Guarantee for First Year subject to experience)
Realistic OTE GBP90,000 (totally uncapped). Top earners in excess of GBP100K.
The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations across the UK for over 75 years. They are one of the UK's leading businesses in their field, known for having highly trained and rewarded staff. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive.
The ROLE
As a Field Sales Executive, you will work closely with your designated telesales/appointment setter to sell the company's services mainly to SMEs.
The successful candidate will be required to:
1. Attend sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner.
2. Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each client with tailored solutions.
3. Self-generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
4. Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy, and rewarding environment.
CANDIDATE
Our client seeks a strong Field Sales Consultant with the following experience and attributes:
* B2B field sales experience.
* Understanding of consultative sales processes.
* Confidence in value-based selling.
* Experience selling to SMEs.
* Effective closing skills.
* Excellent communication and high organisational skills.
This role is commutable from:
Worcester, Redditch, Dudley, Kidderminster, Longbridge, Oldbury, Birmingham.
