Litigation Executive – Credit Hire Fraud
Paralegal/Litigation Executive - Exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join this Credit Hire fraud team in a international firms Birmingham office. As part of this well-established team, you will work with some of the UK’s leading insurers and corporates, providing legal support on a broad range of fraudulent credit hire claims.

Salary: Up to £33,000
Previous Experience: Litigation experience with credit hire matters
The role
* Managing a caseload of defendant credit hire files from inception to resolution
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, instructions to counsel and correspondence
* Supporting senior fee earners on complex or high-value matters
* Engaging in settlement negotiations and case strategy discussions
* Ensuring compliance with internal processes and client SLAs
