🔧 Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven hands-on experience with SAP ECC HCM modules, especially:
* Personnel Administration
* Organisation Management
* Time Management
* UK Payroll
* Strong exposure to:
* Personnel Management, Training & Event Management, Performance Management
* ABAP (ideally with hands-on programming)
* SAP CPI and integration with other SAP/3rd party systems
* Track record of:
* 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations or upgrades
* 2+ support pack rounds
* Mentoring junior team members
🌟 Desirable Skills
* Familiarity with SAP Basis, Security, SAP PI
* Experience with SAP Workflows
* Programming knowledge in JavaScript or Groovy Script
