Job Description
Golf Travel Group is hiring an Email Marketing Executive to write the emails that get people booking their next golf trip.
We're a fast-growing travel business behind two brands, Golf Travel Centre (UK) and GolfTours.com (US), and we've been named in the Sunday Times Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies three years running (2023, 2024 and 2025).
This is a writing-led role, but also a marketing one. Week in, week out you'll craft the email campaigns across both brands: the ideas, the angles and the words that make someone want to play somewhere new. You'll help plan the campaigns, test what works and own the results, and you'll build and send everything in HubSpot, though the craft of the email comes first.

You'll also work with our marketing lead on bigger projects like redesigning the emails and improving the whole journey a traveller goes through, from first sign-up to booking their next trip.

Nice to have: an interest in golf, travel or lifestyle brands; a feel for what makes people click and book; experience building automations and workflows in HubSpot or similar; and some design or hands-on skills for putting an email together.

• You're more of a data analyst who'd rather not be writing every week
• You only want to write the words, and aren't interested in planning campaigns or how they perform
• You need every email briefed word for word, rather than bringing your own ideas
