Ensure all required paperwork is completed throughout the daily production process ensuring all necessary standards are met including but not limited to completion of daily HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) log, pest control, supplier delivery temperatures log Ensure excellent customer service ensuring all customers are served to a high standard in a friendly and polite manner, work closely with the chef and General manager to promote products to increase sales.
