RE Teacher (Religious Education)

Pay: £168 - £250 per day

A welcoming secondary school in Huddersfield is seeking a dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging students to think critically, engage in meaningful discussion, and develop a deeper understanding of the world around them.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Religious Education lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the curriculum
* Encourage respectful discussion and critical thinking within the classroom
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Contribute to the wider Humanities department and school community
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds UK QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
* Has experience teaching Religious Education in a secondary school setting
* Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
* Can engage and motivate students of all abilities
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills
* Is committed to promoting tolerance, understanding, and academic achievement
