Join our Go-To-Market team to lead impactful marketing campaigns across Wealth, Retirement, and Protection.
A bit about the job
You'll drive strategy and execution using Salesforce Account Engagement, deliver data-driven insights, and optimise campaign performance. Collaborate with CRM, digital, and IT teams to enhance adviser experiences and uncover high-value opportunities. You will proactively leverage AI tools to support and streamline campaign executions and drive data driven informed creative decisions.
We're looking for a strategic thinker and tech-savvy marketer who's passionate about optimising digital journeys, uncovering insights through data, and championing the adoption of marketing tools and analytics across the business.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to spot commercial opportunities.
* Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
* Knowledge of end-to-end data-driven marketing campaign delivery and experience working with complex data across multiple business functions.
