About the Role
NEOS Engineering are proud to be recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing global manufacturer of heavy lifting and construction machinery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced crane or heavy equipment sales professional to take ownership of a defined UK territory, driving sales growth across an expanding range of mobile cranes and lifting solutions.
You’ll be representing a high-quality, innovative product line that is quickly becoming a major player in the UK market — offering genuine value and performance to customers across construction, lifting, and plant hire sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage sales across your assigned region, focusing on mobile cranes, crawler cranes, and lifting equipment.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities with crane hire companies, contractors, and fleet operators.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and dealer partners.
* Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical presentations.
* Work closely with the internal technical, aftersales, and marketing teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
* Achieve agreed sales targets, market share, and revenue growth objectives.
About You
* Proven track record in capital equipment & cranes.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
* Confident communicator with technical product knowledge and solution-based selling skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a field-based role.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your region.
