Job based in Ross-on-Wye

Company Overview:
A leading manufacturer of technically advanced and intelligent power amplifiers that support activities in the dynamic, multi domain integration of Electronic Warfare environments.
Position Overview:
As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will report directly to the Quality Control Manager, and the Factory Manager and your primary responsibility will be building sub-assemblies, power amplifiers, and whole systems, all of which are produced within the Factory.
Salary dependant on age and experience.
Primary responsibilities:
· Ensure all customer requirements are met within the company's ethos of 'Zero defects, remember why'.
· Electro mechanical assembly that includes, but is not limited to:
o Build power amplifiers in volume from a specific document.
o Build sub-assemblies from build documents and drawings
o Build Systems from build documentation
· Maintaining accuracy at all times, whilst working to time constraints and achieving daily/weekly targets
· Record and maintain records, both electronically and on hard copy, of work completed
Minimum requirements:
· Previous experience of Electro mechanical manufacturing
· Proven history of soldering to IPC 610.
· Current IPC 610 Certification would be auspicious but not essential.
· Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and re-work.
· IPC 620 knowledge would be advantageous.
· Computer literate
-Must be able to pass BPSS Clearance
Salary dependant on experience
40 hour week
Working hours are 8.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
