In this role, you will participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
You will maintain effective communication and liaison with Service Users, Families, and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality.
Responsibilities include supporting Service Users with meal preparation, laundry duties, cleaning, and social events.
You will be required to maintain accurate notes and records as needed.
