We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Manager to join our team here at EDF Renewables in Ireland.
As a Land Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing land access rights for a growing portfolio of wind, solar, and battery storage projects. You will play a crucial role in securing suitable sites and negotiating land agreements with various stakeholders in line with project requirements.

What we need is someone to identify and evaluate potential land sites for wind, solar, and battery renewable energy projects – is that you?
Collaborate with project development teams to ensure land acquisition timelines and budget align with overall project timelines and objectives
~ Coordinate with legal and development teams throughout the land acquisition process
~ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop project land strategies
~ Ensure all land requirements are captured in the project consenting strategy & plan
~ Assist with the community engagement strategy in conjunction with the project development team
~Responsible to monitor the land legal and commercial terms before and after land agreements are signed and completed
~ Uphold land and commercial governance practice standards to ensure compliance and ethical practices
~ Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and best practices related to land acquisition and renewable energy development
You’ll hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in Land Management or related field; and a Bachelors degree in Land Management, Real Estate, Agricultural Science or related field in addition to;
Strong knowledge of land acquisition processes, including title searches, land surveys, and lease negotiations
Flexibility to travel as needed to visit potential sites and meet with landowners
Full clean driving license
Location: This will be a hybrid role with a contractual location in Dublin. You must be open to travelling to our locations for site visits.
