Client Partner – Strategic Data & Analytics & Transformation
Location: Remote (England)
Base salary: £100,000 – £110,000 + uncapped commission
Reporting to: Senior Leadership
Quota / Targets: £2–4m pipeline in Year 1. Deals £100k–£500k.
Split: ~70% account growth / retention; ~30% hunting

The Opportunity
Account Growth (70%):
– Manage and grow client accounts.
– Build senior relationships.
– Ensure retention, renewals, upsell.
New Business (30%):
– Hunt for new logos.
– Build pipeline, pitch, shape proposals.
– Navigate procurement and long cycles.

Ideal Profile
• 7+ years enterprise sales (data/analytics/cloud)
• Proven record in six-figure transformational deals
• Balanced hunter/farmer mindset
• Strong commercial and strategic selling skills
• Excellent communicator, C‑level confidence
