What you'll bring:
* Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or front-of-house team member ready to step into management, ideally with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
* Experience working in a bar environment with food and drink preparation.
* A passion for hospitality.
* Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges.
* Good literacy and attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
* Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust.
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, under pressure and within timescales.
* Knowledge of sales building, forecasts, paperwork, HR, and NPS best practices.
