IntaPeople are hiring for a Low code / Power Platform Developer to join a growing digital engineering team working on modern technology platforms.
You’ll join a small, multidisciplinary technology team responsible for designing and evolving the platforms the business runs on. Working closely with a senior low‑code lead, you’ll take end‑to‑end responsibility for features across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, from initial handover through to release.
This is not a ticket‑driven or build‑only position. Each feature you own is yours to shape, from understanding the business problem, through technical design and build, to stakeholder communication and delivery.
Strong communication is just as important as technical capability. You’ll regularly translate technical decisions into plain language, run walkthroughs, and keep non‑technical stakeholders aligned throughout the lifecycle of your work.
The team is also actively expanding its use of AI tooling, and this role will play a hands‑on part in using AI to improve delivery speed, quality, and ways of working.
What you’ll be doing
Owning features end‑to‑end, including requirements clarification, technical design, build, testing, and release
Working directly with business stakeholders to turn unstructured conversations into clear specifications and user stories
Designing and building solutions across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
Writing and maintaining C# plugins and JavaScript where custom logic is required
Producing clear technical designs and documentation that others can confidently build on
Collaborating with internal and external contributors to coordinate delivery across workstreams
Reusing patterns and components where possible to improve consistency and maintainability
Using AI tools to accelerate analysis, design, build, and documentation
What we’re looking for
Around 2-4+ years’ hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience with customisation, configuration, Business Process Flows, and security roles
Strong Power Automate experience, including integrations with external systems
Experience building Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven)
Ability to read and write C# and JavaScript in a Dynamics 365 context
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders
Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences
An AI‑first mindset, you already use AI tools to think, build, and solve problems effectively
Nice to have
Azure DevOps (or similar work management tools)
Deeper experience using AI tools beyond basic prompting
Background in financial services or professional services environments
