Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are now looking for new addition to their tight-knit, friendly team.In this role, you will deliver Level 2 Home Surveys and residential valuations by conducting detailed on-site inspections, identifying defects, and analysing comparable evidence to produce accurate RICS-compliant reports. You'll manage your caseload independently, meet strict SLA requirements, and provide clear professional advice to clients and lenders.
