We’re about to undergo an exciting major refurbishment and execute our site growth plan and we’re looking for an energetic, committed and passionate leader to head our current team and store operation ensuring consistency, growth and the preservation of our Klubb experience.
We’re looking for an experienced people and business manager who has a keen eye for detail, excellent F & B knowledge and a relentless drive for results to join our growing, forward thinking company as a Store Manager.
Key Role Responsibilities
The Store Manager is the face of our Klubb Coffee operations, working directly with the support of the business owner to lead our team to deliver a great experience. Our Store Manager is expected to:
* work 40 hours a week over a variety of shifts
* be hands‑on and lead by example to deliver an effortless coffee experience daily
* take accountability for delivering the plan to beat budget, driving top line and bottom line results and work with the business owner to manage controllable costs
* grow and develop the team with regular check‑ins and development plans
* take accountability for all aspects of the store performance and presentation
* ensure the store and team are fully compliant in all safety and health requirements and retain a five star local council health rating
* celebrate our team’s wins and positively engage them in our culture

Along with having a passion for great coffee and experience in helping a team deliver a truly exceptional independent experience the ideal candidate will:
* have exceptional food and beverage knowledge and the ability to develop ideas on how to elevate our current offering
* be an excellent communicator and be able to convey ideas and themes well
* have proven previous leadership experience in hospitality
* have a passion for growing and retaining a great team
* be passionate about growing business results and be relentless in the pursuit of meeting and exceeding company targets
