We are currently recruiting talented and dedicated Drama Teachers to join two highly regarded secondary academies located in Canterbury and Medway. Both schools offer modern performing arts facilities that allow a Drama Teacher to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons. Key responsibilities of the Drama Teacher include: • Planning and delivering engaging Drama lessons across the secondary curriculum • Encouraging creativity, confidence, and performance skills • Supporting students with rehearsal, performance work, and creative projects • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress in Drama • Promoting participation in school productions and extracurricular activities • Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment The ideal Drama Teacher will have: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification • Proven experience teaching Drama within a secondary school setting • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for performing arts education • Excellent classroom management and communication skills • The ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities This Drama Teacher opportunity offers a fantastic chance to join supportive schools where the performing arts are valued and students are encouraged to explore creativity and confidence through Drama.
