Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school, supporting students across Years 7 to 11 through general support, 1:1, and small group assistance.
The school values innovative and inspirational staff who prioritize student welfare and progress. Candidates need not have previous TA experience but should have worked with children or young adults and be eager to start their teaching support career.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement work programmes with individuals or groups, both in and out of the classroom.
2. Supervise whole classes occasionally.
3. Provide support to pupils, teachers, and the curriculum.
4. Lead intervention clubs with students.

All pay rates include statutory holiday pay of 12.07%. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent placement later.
