This senior managerial role will focus on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and quality in all areas of the business, exceeding customers’ high expectations.
Implementing a lean culture on site while driving continuous improvements will be key. The client will only consider candidates who not only have experience of implementing lean & kaisen methodologies, but who are fully accredited lean manufacturing practitioners. You must have achieved a professional qualification from an internationally established certification body, that sets you apart as a leader in the use and application of all relevant tools.
You will also have a responsibility to all fellow employees to ensure a safe and healthy working environment is provided and maintained.
We are looking for a confident, switched‑on professional who is not only self‑driven, but who is also a team player. You must work with other department heads to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with any guidelines. Numeracy skills and a strong commercial acumen are key, ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments.
Senior Management experience within a manufacturing/production role is essential due to the level of responsibility which the position holds.
