Job Title: HSE Advisor – Solar Projects Location: England (multi-site) Contract: 12 months | Outside IR35 | £400 - £450 About the Company We are working with a leading international renewable energy developer delivering large-scale solar, wind, and green fuel projects across Europe and beyond. With a proven track record and in-house expertise covering the full project lifecycle, they are driving the transition to a low-carbon future. The Role As an HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple utility-scale solar projects in England. This is a site-based contract position, offering the opportunity to work on major projects with a global developer. Responsibilities: * Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments * Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training * Support project teams with the implementation of safety policies and management systems * Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and drive corrective actions * Liaise with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture * Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation Requirements: * Proven HSE experience in utility-scale solar projects * Strong knowledge of UK HSE regulations * Relevant NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety certification * Excellent communication and training skills * Ability to work across multiple locations * Experience in engineering or construction environments preferred Apply to find out more about this opportunity
