Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant Location: England, Greater London, Raynes Park Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £100 Per day Job Duties: Provide support to students with challenging behaviour in a classroom setting Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment Monitor and document student behaviour and progress Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student behaviour Required Qualifications: Experience working with children or young adults with behavioural challenges Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations Education: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within an educational setting is desirable Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of behaviour management techniques Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Training in behaviour management or special education First Aid certification Working Conditions: Work primarily in a classroom setting May involve some physical intervention in case of behavioural escalation Regular interaction with students, teachers, and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
