Responsibilities
We’re currently looking to recruit a Billing Administrator, who will be responsible for billings and control of the sales ledger. Working closely with operations and the credit control teams, you will raise invoices for goods/services supplied to customers, carry out monthly billing procedures and compile a complete overview of all billing. In this role you will pro-actively manage and resolve queries from internal and external customers and so we’re looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a team environment and who is both flexible and hardworking in their approach to work with good customer service skills.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing the billing process
* Ability and experience in system with mainstream accounting systems
* Ability and experience at intermediate level for Excel skills to perform reconciliations
* Experience of working in a busy office environment
* VAT knowledge would be desirable
* Ability to demonstrate excellent level of English spelling and grammar
* SSC and SAP experience would be desirable
