Production Operative
Location: Rugby
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (Basic)
Overtime Rate: £15.26 per hour
Shift Pattern:
1. Monday to Friday, 6AM – 3PM
2. Sunday overtime available as and when required
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a growing and well established food production business in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to secure stable, long-term work with potential for progression and development.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Producing, cutting, and marinating food products on a production line
4. Re-working and packing of food products
5. Open to being Upskilled into different areas of the production process
6. Ensuring basic food hygiene and health & safety standards are followed
7. Working efficiently in a chilled environment (8–9 degrees Celsius)
Requirements:
8. Previous experience in food production is desirable but not essential
9. A basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety is preferred
10. Ability to work in a cold environment and as part of a team
11. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
12. Works well in a team
13. Works well in fast paced environment
