In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Help monitor online campaigns, making sure they stay on track and within budget. Use tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and Power BI to check how campaigns are performing. Publish and update content (text, images, videos) on websites using WordPress. Test and check landing pages and email campaigns to make sure they work properly across different languages and countries. Support online campaigns such as email marketing, paid social media, and small websites (microsites). Work with teams including design, copywriting, data, and campaign managers to deliver projects. Create personalised marketing emails using simple coding (HTML, CSS, and Velocity). Use AI tools and other software to improve processes and campaign results. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Genuine interest in digital marketing and emerging tech Comfortable seeking information, building relationships, and collaborating with a range of stakeholders from different countries, cultures and backgrounds GCSE English & Maths at Grade 4/C or equivalent. Approaches challenges with problem-solving skills, analysing situations and offering practical solutions. Brings enthusiasm and eagerness to contribute, creating a positive and energetic team presence. Values collaboration and builds strong working relationships with a people-focused approach.
