Job Title: Funds Paralegal (Legal Technologist)

Key responsibilities:
* Liaising with client legal and innovation teams
* Preparing analytics and summarising platform insights
* Drafting and distributing release notes
* Supporting internal legal team with commercial contracts and corporate matters
* Attending group meetings and training sessions
Qualifications: We’re looking for someone with solid experience in private investment funds, particularly with MFNs and side letters, who’s ready to bring that expertise into an innovative, tech‑driven environment. A passion for legal tech platforms and how technology can transform legal workflows is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, charismatic and confident working with lawyers and developers.
