Are you passionate about making pets a priority? Here at CVS, so are we. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Twilight Veterinary Receptionist at Highcroft Vet Group.
Location: Whitchurch Hospital
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 16.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, with a 1:4 share in the Sunday rota. The exact shift pattern is below: Tuesday 18:00 – 23:00; Thursday 18:00 – 23:00; Friday 18:00 – 23:00; 1:4 Sundays 14:00 – 20:00.

Day-to-day duties
* Answering phones and booking appointments
* Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
* Registering new clients
* Completing insurance forms
* Dispensing medications
* Taking payments
* Providing a warm and welcoming experience to clients arriving at the practice
What we’re looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist
* Previous Receptionist experience is essential; veterinary experience is a plus
* Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations
* Excellent communicator with strong empathy
* Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with the public
* Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database systems
