* Prior experience in a problem‑solving capacity across technical domains (for example Application Architecture and Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud solution, SAP, ERP etc)
* Experience working with multiple IT solutions
* An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non‑technical backgrounds towards a common goal
* An ability to be hands‑on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
* Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems.
* Experience in delivering IT Strategy projects across a full range of Public Sector agencies would be a significant advantage
* Security Cleared (SC Clearance) or eligibility for Security Clearance in order to work fully on UK Public Sector clients
